Introducing Patrycja, a seasoned life coach with a passion for revitalizing relationships. Drawing from extensive experience in modalities like Reiki, EFT, and Inner Re-patterning, Patrycja's journey to this point has been marked by personal challenges and profound growth.
Facing a midlife crisis at forty, she found herself adrift, despite years as an energy healer and therapist. Depression loomed large, prompting a transformative pilgrimage along the Camino De Santiago. There, amidst the journey's trials, she discovered the power of Positive Intelligence and embraced her inner artist, earning the moniker 'Play'.
From her roots in Poland to navigating life in the UK, Patrycja's story is one of resilience and exploration. As a mother separated from her children, she's learned to embrace life's twists and turns, seeing them as opportunities for growth. Certified by the Robbins-Madanes Training Center, she specializes in innovative approaches to relationship dynamics.
When not coaching, Patrycja can be found on the tennis court or indulging her creative side as a lifestyle editor. Her mission?
