For years, I lived in what looked like success; high-performance jobs, external validation, a life that appeared full. But inside, I was anxious, disconnected, and deeply burnt out.

As a first-generation immigrant, I learned early on to strive, overachieve, and stay silent about emotional pain. I checked every box but felt hollow. The therapy, the books, the “doing everything right”. It helped…

But it didn’t heal me.

My real journey began when I turned toward my shadows. When I said yes to plant medicine, to nervous system work, to somatics, to inner child work, and to a deeper kind of spiritual embodiment. 

I didn’t want to just feel “better”. I wanted to feel whole.

And eventually… I did.

However, my journey didn’t need to be done alone, and it didn’t have to be done in competition.

Xpansion Alchemy was first created as a school of many voices and teachers. But as the work deepened, I realized I had to lead from the center. To bring my medicine forward with full devotion. And so I created this new version: an immersive, grounded, supportive membership rooted in collaboration, not comparison.

Hi, I’m Ania, a holistic mentor, plant medicine facilitator, integration guide, and artist devoted to helping people come back to themselves.

My work blends ancient wisdom with modern tools like plant medicine, nervous system regulation, and holistic practices with practical actions. I’m certified in EFT, Breathwork, Ho’oponopono, Akashic Records Reading, and more.

I’m also a three-time bestselling author, featured in Entrepreneur Magazine as a Top Millennial Powerhouse and Top 10 Entrepreneur to Follow by US Reporter.

But above all, I’m a human who’s done the work. 

I’ve walked through addiction, trauma, perfectionism, burnout, and spiritual bypassing, and I’ve turned every one of those initiations into power I now pour into this work.

In this space, you don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need to be “high vibe” all the time. You just need to be willing to meet yourself where you are.

And together, we’ll walk toward who you’re becoming.

Because we need more safe spaces where people can heal and grow, without shame, without pressure, and without pretending.

Because the world doesn’t need more information, it needs more integration.

And because we all deserve to feel safe in our bodies, clear in our minds, aligned in our purpose, and connected to a life that actually feels good.
